Tracy Rifle and Pistol may be your closest place. They are a vendor on Calguns. I have not ever done business with them but they are reasonably priced according to their ad posts.

I have sent single shot pistols to Snellings in Sacramento, but I heard he is retiring very soon, so that is not gonna be an option soon.
