    M6X Lights Maintaining Zero

I just purchased a new M6X slidelock model and have zeroed it for use on my Sig 226 handgun.

My question is it maintains zero fine in the 'constant' on position(havent shot the gun with it on yet), however if I used the index finger of my supporting (non shooting hand) to turn the laser on in the "intermittent" mode it causes the unit to slightly rock/move and the zero is off.

Are these units suppose to move just a bit causing the above to happen (intermittent mode)?...there is a 2mm play' to the left and right when I try to move it. I have even tried to use both included latch bars and the same problem exists, or is there a defect with my M6X?

    What are your experiences?

Mine holds zero but there maybe other factors. The most important one is my M6 locks up super tight. It is a struggle removing it from the gun once it is on. I was told this is a good thing.

Second I activat the rocker switch with my weak hand thumb as I normally shoot with the thumbs forward. I imagine you shoot with the thumbs down or crossed thus your making a awkward reach with your weak hand index finger. Because your changing your grip you changing the sight alignment (in this case the laser.

Thanks for the feedback Yar..actually there is a small amt of "play" with the M6 mounted on the Sig..it moves approx 2mm to the right or left if attempted to wiggle it.

Hence when I hold down the toggle switch the whole M6 is actually displaced and thus the laser POA

So far..spoke to a Pat Toirie at Insight and he suggested I used the thicker of the two included latch bars for Sigs (which I did to no avail.), he recommended sending it back and they will fit it onto one of their Sigs and see if it maintains zero..will keep you all posted; thanks for all your thoughts!
