That punk pulled a Glock 7 on me. You know what that is? It's a porcelain gun made in Germany. Dosen't show up on your airport X-ray machines, here, and it cost more than you make in a month.

I bought 8 of those promag magazines for my 226. Not one of them would feed. 1st round would jam. If the first didn't then the 2nd would. If you have problems at first with proper function it will most likely be the mags.

    Nice gun. I have a p226 .40 and I love it.

Ditto on the promags. You might definitely want to consider replacing the mag.

Mec gar mags are awesome. Me? I would just cough up a 100 for 2 nice mags straight from sig.

Check out Top Gun Supply for Sig mags and compatible mags. Good people.

Mec Gar makes (or did make) Sig factory mags.

Mec Gar and Sig factory, pretty much the same thing.

You should look around in the classified sections of gun forums. I always see 10 rounders sell for cheap.. especially in other states where they have no use for limited capacity mags.

                    +1

Congrats on your new addition. You'll probably have to get used to the trigger depending on what u used to shoot before. Gives ya a reason to go shoot it alot. At least you don't have to pull the trigger to disassemble it. See ya on the firing line.

Mec Gar are the guys that manufacture magazines for SIG. So it's the same but only without the SIG roll marks.

I just purchased 4 extras for my 226 from Midway. Check out the reviews, but they get very high marks.

                          congratulations on your Sig.

use your ProMag magazine as a vertical ashtray.

Gunbroker has been a good source for magazines at very good prices. the forum here gets some deals on magazines as well.
TGS (Top Gun Supply) on the internet has reasonable prices and fast shipping.
