I'm looking to puchase a H&R model 999, they're pretty hard to come by in CA. I see alot of them for sale on the east coast, is there an exemption for rimfire handguns for the CA approved list?

.22s are not exempt. It appears the H&R is a double action and would have to be on the list unless it is exempt as a curio (I do not know the details for this exemption).Comment
