How do you ID a Gen 4 Glock?

I was looking on Buds gunshop's site at the Glocks for sale.

Is this a Gen 4?

The mag release should be bigger, the recoil spring should look bigger up front just looking at it all put together (no need to field strip it), and the stippling should be less aggressive than the RTF.

Most Gen4 purchases include some disney or Anime character stuffed toy.. If it wasn't offered online, it's probably not a Gen4

It looks like none of the guns listed on Buds are Gen 4. On Gallery of Guns they show the ones with interchangeable backstraps with serial numbers starting with "PG".
