I found this beautiful 1911 yesterday at the shop I always go to, this shop has a case of civilian pistols for sale and a case for LE pistols for sale, this pistol was in the civilian case and I already had about 400 bucks down on another pistol.
I saw this custom crimson and immediately asked to switch my money over to that, so when they were gettin the paper work started they found on the computer that the gun for some reason wasnt on the list! we were both sittin there for about 10 mins tryna figure out why it wasnt on the list and if I could even buy the damn thing, so they said they would call kimber the next morning.
So does anyone know if this gun is even available in cali? why would kimber send my dealer a gun that isnt legal in cali? it has to be legal right? is it just the stupid laser grips makin it illegal? I dont want those grips anyway, I asked my dealer if he would sell the gun to me without the grips and he would take 300 bucks off, I need to know if I can buy this gun thanks.
