I've seen 3 of them up for sale in the private sales area in the last week, they don't look to have sold. Try looking at turners or gunbroker. With GB you'll have to pay out of state transfer fee, but there's no tax. Check with your favorite shop and see what they charge or do a FFL search on GB for your area.Comment

This might not help you much, but I saw one in the display case at Sportmen's Supply in Campbell when I was there about a week ago.
