Picture is very crummy!! The frame is a Colt which has been rebarreled and set up for red dot sights, or it's a toy...........

it looks more like a colt peacekeeper frame and grips which is similar to the python but without the colt royal blue but more of a rough unfinished frame and the different grips. But there's a seam on the frame that looks just too prominent. I think it's just one of those Japanese model guns.sigpic

it looks like a colt with a heavy weight or slab side barrel with a compensator on it and some rails mounted to it if you really wanted to you could make something like that
