The shop I bought it from doesn't sell glocks anymore but I know I bought mine legally bec I already had them check out by ATF

But now I know. Thanks guys
You forgot about the roster in a year? the Gen4 23 hasn't been out long, and it was never on the list to begin with. Perhaps you are confusing it with the GEN3?

Which RTF2's? Again lust like the 4th gen, the 19/23 RTF2 models were NEVER on the list. The 17 and 22 RTF2's don't expire from the roster until July and December 2011 respectively.

I PPT'd my G17RTF2 with fish guills on the slide and was told that by the FFL that RTF2's were off the list. Maybe he meant to say they'd be off the list soon.
If I didn't need money so bad at the time I would have kept it. If I knew they'd be off the list soon and that the fish guills were discontinued I definately would've kept it or held on to it longer for more $

The 17/22 rtf2 are on the list while the 19/23 rtf2 are not.

Well the FFL lied, and the roster doesn't apply to ppt anyway. If not renewed, the 17RTF2 will fall off in 8 months but I don't really consider that as soon
