    XD trigger kits

Does anyone know of any trigger kits for the XD that will set the trigger back further from its factory position? I'm looking to reduce the reach to the trigger a little because of my small hands. Thanks.

Here is one that reduces Pre-Travel if that is what you are talking about.

XDguys.com might have a better selection though.

    Current Armory:
    HK p7m8
    Dan Wesson Guardian 9mm
    Hi-Power Practical
    Baby Eagle 9mm
    P99 AS
    Glock 43

springer precision competition shooting pistol carbine 3gun handgun accessories

A friend used their kit, I liked it enough to install it on mine.

So these kits do actually set the trigger back, not just reduce take-up?

You may also want to check out Powder River Precision:

Nope already emailed Powder River, they said their kits don't move the trigger at all. Got the answer I was looking for from Scott over at Springer Precision: his trigger job will set the trigger back to right about where the sear engages the trigger. Looks like that's what I've been searching for.

Just be careful not to mix certain kits that will make it a hair trigger. Can be a safety issue at some point.

Check with Rich at Canyon Creek. Love my trigger job on my XD9 5" he did for me in 2005. Over 7000 rounds and not one issue with my trigger.

Not too worried about a hair trigger, as to my knowledge Scott doesn't offer kits per se but rather different weight pulls for his trigger jobs.

I do appreciate the recommendations on who does excellent trigger jobs, but remember guys, I'm looking for kits/jobs that specifically set the trigger further back than factory position
