Here in lovely California (haha) we are quite limited when it comes to compensators for handguns since 90%+ mount on a threaded barrel (especially for XDs). So like a good little engineer I set about designing my own...
I can up with a base design that matches the slide profile since it "looks" cleaner. Now I'm faced with how to cut the vents and/or drill some holes. I've looked at loads of images online and there are so many different patterns. Does anyone have experience with a compensator that worked well?
