Keep in mind that there is "Pre-taurus" Rossi (Interarms), and now the Taurus owned Rossi.

I bought the Ruger Sp101 about a year ago and have about 2k down the pipe and have had no problems. It's a great entry level snub and a nice learning tool to shooting revolvers. I put Hogue grips on it and it fits larger hands better than the stock grips and it does not effect it's abillity to be concealed. Way better than Rossi or Taurus, but still not a S/W
We will do as we will do because I am me and you are you.

Isn't the Armscor 206 a cheap 38 not a 357?And anything that can shoot 357 can shoot 38+p without a problem. The 2 inch barrel makes a big flash and has a heavy recoil. The older Rossi's are better then the newer ones.

I can't comment on the newer Rossi guns, but I'm very happy with the Pre-Taurus Rossi I have from about 1990. Quality seems excellent and it's accurate. The wife shoots it well too.
