    Sighting issues

About 3 yrs ago about the same time all my guns weres tolen I started wearing reading glasses. Now that I've recently aquired another pistola (Firestar M40) It turns out i can not focus on the front sight only. With my glasses both front and rear sights are in focus, Without the glasses only the target is in focus.

HELP!! I'm still able to keep it in 5 inch groups at 15 feet but damn I hate guessing at point of impact.

I don't know if there is necessarily a problem with both front and rear sights being in focus. As long as the front sight is in focus you are doing it right. Does it bother you to have both clear like that?

oneseven, I just never noticed it before I needed glasses. Now it's like i'm learning to shot all over again. It feels like there is something wrong. Going back to the range tomorow and will see if I can come up with a good sighting routine. Yesterday i was realy just trying to make sure the gun cycled my chosen rounds. One for home and one for plinking.
