    S&W MP 45 Apex kit?

So I went to the range today with my MP 45, and afterwards I remembered about the APEX kit everyone was raving about. Looking at the website, they have a Competition kit, and a Duty/Carry kit.

Does anyone have experience with either? What would be the best buy?
I dont do competition but does the weight on the trigger pull matter for the carry/duty pistol?

    Thanks

What matters is what you like. Do you want a solid crisp pull with a good reset (duty/carry kit) or do you want something that is light for easy rapid fire (competition)? If this is mainly a range/HD gun, go with the duty/carry kit, it's what the majority of the M&P45 community uses including me.

If you're not competing and may use this for defensive purposes than go with the DCAEK. There's tons of reviews all over the net and a few on calguns from me and a few others.
My opinions are my own and do not represent the position of other companies I may be involved with.

It's not recommended to use the competition kit in a gun that you may use to defend your life. Prosecutors love to play the "hair trigger" card to the jury in self defense cases. Get the duty/carry kit.

Get the DCAEK, the competition one will probably be too light.
