Wow, beauty.
I was at the range yesterday. I shot a couple of my H&K 9's, both were shooting better than the last time I shot them, thanks to new hammer springs. I shot a couple hundred rounds and was very happy, much tighter groups than ever before for these two pistols.
The range had a couple of Wilson Combat 1911's in the rental case. I rented a CQB and bought a box of .45 reloads. The first magazine gave me a group at 10 yards that was better than my best with my "custom to me" H&K 9's after 200 rounds! The sights on the Wilson were those "target" black sights, which are great for young guys with good eyes, but for old guys with bad eyes in bad light, well, they suck. Bottom line, I shot the center out of each target I put up from 7 yds to 18 yds.

Being not on the California roster it cost my out of state Grandmother about $1600 then gave it to me as a birthday present. In all I have about 2K tied up in it. (I mean gramma does).If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.
