GSE pistol buffer

has anyone used one of these? Do they cycle well still?

There's a section ar15.com dedicated to ar pistol buffers. Conseus is they are finicky at best. Lots of ftf or fte issues while break in. Also, to field strip is tricky since the buffer springs are held in place by the bolt carrier. Stick with a carbine length buffer for pistol builds suvh as rra or spike's tactical.
