    2 Questions

    Hello,

I will be applying for a Sacramento CCW soon.

    1. I would like a pistol that is as close to feeling non-existent as possible. Something that may even have a clip attached to it to attach to my belt. Is there a 9mm that can give me this? I have checked out the glock sub compact however it still seems a little wide. Is this as small as it gets? Any other suggestions based solely on size?

    2. The Sheriff wrote a letter saying the GFSZ law does not apply to CCW holders. However in the letter it says "attention all existing.. permit holders". He did not say "new and existing". Has this been brought to light already? Am I safe once I get my permit or can I be arrested and laughed at when they say "You were not an existing permit holder as of the date of this letter". link to letter below.

    Thanks

            Thanks
#1) Check out the Kahr Arms PM9.

#2) Prior to the letter, Sacramento CCW permits had a no carry within GFSZ restriction printed on the permit. The letter now allows those permit holders to carry in a GFSZ. New Sacramento CCW permits do not have the restriction printed on them, so the letter does not apply to them.
