Springfield XD guide rod spring?

Anybody know what the measure of pounds is for the guide rod assembly on a stock XD9? I feel as if I've looked everywhere, but can't find it . Thanks for looking, any info will be appreciated.

I run a 22lb recoil spring in my XD. Sounds like alot, but it really soaks up the recoil. Rapid fire = no muzzle flip.

And you don't have any feeding issues? What caliber is your xd? What grain do you shoot with that 22# spring?

Nope, no feeding issues. Limpwrist tested it with 115gr and it was fine. 9mm XD. There used to be a huge thread on recoil springs on xdtalk under the don's guide rods section, but I guess it got deleted.

I tried some mild 147gr loads and it still cycled as well.
