Cor-bon .400 main spring

search the interweb I have a corbon .400 conversion and 100 rounds of factory 135 grain. JHPs I want to give it a go, but I am not sure which mainspring to run with it, any experience?

I am starting in my SA GI. lockup seems good, the bushing seems a little loose IIRC, COR-BON makes the barrel

I'm going to guess 22lb in a 5" 1911. Does Cor Bon have a suggestion?

no, but surfing the web, it seems that 18-20 is what most manufactures recommend, I just put a new 18.5 pound spring in this evening.... now to find load data.... it's a pretty new round with little data available

I think you are looking for recoil springs instead of mainspsrings.

The 5" .45ACP recoil spring is 16lbs, the .40SW is 19lbs and the 10mm is 23lbs.
