              Some what tame compared to a S&W 500 firing 500 grain rounds. That will put hair on your back.

                  A 460 is a lot more manageable than a full power 500

                  You are holding it in a way that is going to make felt recoil, well, be felt more. Use your weak hand to actually hold and support the gun, don't stick it under there as an afterthought. Jerry Miculeck has some good videos on proper revolver technique.

                    Massive flinching going on there.... as above, cup and saucer holds on a heavy caliber handgun are not optimum. Wrap the left hand around the front of the right and let both your arms / shoulders absorb the recoil. You'll get much better results.

                          HAHAHA, looks like a fun time, I miss my 500, even with the hogue grip it would bruise my hand after shooting some full bore 400gr. hard cast loads, good times

                            I've heard that the 500 is "unpleasant" to shoot & that after a cylinder of full-power rounds.....you are done for the day.
