I know you can't buy a New Bersa 9mm UC in Cal. because it is not on the list, but can you buy a used Bersa 9MM UC from out of state and bring into Calif? Or does the rules apply to used handguns also?

The Roster still applies even to used guns. If its not on the roster, then it has to be a FTF PPT from someone in CA who already has one, or a gift from an out of state parent or grandparent.
EDIT: Or some other roster exemption like single shot pistol or single action revolver.Slow justice is no justice.
