Ruger GP100 not on approved list????

I saw this auction listing for a GP100 on gunbroker

I am confused about the following statement from the auction listing

This handgun is not on the California approved handgun list and therefore cannot be sold to a resident of California
First, I thought the GP100 is on the list. Second, wouldn't still be possible to to a P2P? Is the seller mistaken (possibly using a template from another auction?)

    thanks,

He's a tard. ALL his stuff "is not on the list". Talked to him on the phone once, he just doesn't want to deal with the DOJ in any way, shape, or form.

Move on to a more reasonable seller. He's not worth your time.
The thing with firearms is that they are not like any other consumer product, simple ownership of one carries a lot of responsibility.

Some idiots are too busy knowing it all to ever learn anything

Ditto. There are many out of state dealers that would me more than helpful with determining if the firearm you wish to purchase is CA. OK. A lot of them are just too lazy to run a few key strokes to find out what will work. In my opinion its just bad business.

I was looking at another one of his auctions for a MkII. I'm pretty sure it's on the approved list as well.

He's up there with another seller in NC who won't sell anything to California or Canada in any way shape or form, 'tard...
