I want to sell my mint S&W 78G (.177 CO2)

Will that have to process through a ffl?

And if someone here is a collector can you tell me where to post it for sale?

I could not find any on ebay so maybe it is not allowed?

If it's a co2 pistol you don't need to go through an ffl. You could put it up in the misc. for sale forum here and see if you get any bites.
