    Impact Guns poor service

On Thursday, Sept 16 at 3 pm, I ordered a Glock 23 10 round magazine from Impact Guns. The price was good, and their site stated it was in stock. It would ship in 48 business hrs, and I would be receiving an email to that effect. When the following Monday afternoon rolled around with no email confirmation, I went online and Googled "Impact Guns review". I found a huge number of people who had similar negative experiences. I emailed Impact Guns, got a reply the next afternoon stating "This item is currently available at our SUPPLIERS. Once it is ready to ship, we will send out a tracking number..." To me, this seems dishonest. If your website states the item is in stock, I think I have a reasonable expectation to believe that it's in stock! With no further contact from them, I called up Friday, Sept 24 to cancel. While the service rep was polite, I felt that she was just blowing smoke in trying to excuse the company's poor service. I've since ordered from Manventureoutpost.com. I checked them out in advance, they get good reviews, and they've already emailed me 2 updates.

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. When I emailed them in regards to buying a Serbu Super Shorty they emailed me within hours, and even gave me a call. Alongside they called my FFL and OC Armory to confirm their legal status in California. I'll definitely keep this in mind for future buys though.

Hmmm, never bought anything from them.

      Thanks for the heads up.

        Check this complaint link

This was a link I found when I Googled "impact guns review"
        http://www.complaintsboard.com/compl...ns-c26170.html.
I couldn't believe how similar the complaints were to my experience. I'm sure that there are also some positive experiences, but I vote with my wallet, and when I receive bad service I won't shop there a second time

I don't trust their online inventory. The only way I will buy from them is over the phone. Their sales/customer service is not bad the one time I ordered something.

yeah i had the same experience. i ordered a bunch of stuff because it all said "in stock". the stuff would randomly come in separate shipments. they kept telling me my order was complete and i would have to call them and remind them they still owed me product they already charged me for. dont plan on ordering from them anymore.

              08duramax Impact Arms problems

Well there's your problem, they didn't know whether to ship it to Orange, San Luis Obispo, or San Bernardino County

A while back I ordered an AICS for my rem 700 rifle listed as "in stock" from the website. Weeks went by with nothing happening, I called and emailed multiple times with no response. I eventually had to involve the BBB to clear the issue up.

                    +1.

for impact guns, I would call them up. The phone rep was very nice when I called.

If they strictly use a drop ship method for most of their "online" inventory, then you'd have decide whether or not that'll work for you. Personally, I don't like that method of doing business.
