    Sigarms trigger job

    Hello all,

I'm just wondering if there are there any "do it yourself" trigger job instructions out there for Sigarms pistols, or is sending them out to a smith like grayguns the only way to get a really nice trigger on them? I'm not implying that the factory trigger is not good, but I personally have had the most trouble with trigger control on the Sig pistols than any other, and it annoys me to no end because I know the Sig P series guns are awesome but I just can't shoot them well enough to justify owning one.

I do all of my own trigger jobs on my 1911, Glock, Makarov, and AR to suit me, so I am not afraid to work on them, but individual parts don't seem to come easily for Sig pistols so I would just like to know if there are any information out there for me to study to start.

I am currently thinking about purchasing a P220 Carry SAO since I have small to medium size hands and because I like single action. I will be going to Raahauge's shooting fair in two weeks to hopefully try out the gun...

Do a google for TJ custom pistols I think he is around Marina Del Rey. He did a Trigger for me on a 220 some years back it's pricy but real good.
I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory.

Do you know how he got the parts? Or should I just email him to find out? The Sigarms website has pricing for installing it by factory but no ordering of parts only...

I was hoping for instructions on where to polish, where to change angles that sort of thing, but so far all I can find are custom gunsmith links and parts changes, so I guess those are the only ways to go for custom trigger work on Sigs?

I have tried TJ's trigger jobs since my pistol range used to have two or three of his worked-over pistols on display to get him business. They were very nice.
