Ruger Warranty Service

What is your experience with Ruger Warranty Service? Good, bad, or indifferent. Recently had to send my Bisley .45 Colt to Ruger for repair. Bought this revolver last November and it has maybe 300 rounds thru it. The screw that secures the ejector rod housing to the underside of the barrel sheared off while shooting some high power Buffalo Bore loads. Revolver was delivered to Ruger in New Hampshire via UPS yesterday. When do you think I might receive it back and will they charge me for the repair? What about reimbursement for the cost of shipping to Ruger?

I have been pleased with Rugers customer service. I stripped out the screw holes on the receiver of my 10/22. It was completely my fault but I decided to give them a call for the hell of it and see what they would do. i sent it in and received a brand new 10/22 on the house. They also reimbursed me the shipping cost as well as the DROS fee. I have not received the reimbursement yet but it is being processed and I should have it soon. All in all I am very pleased. Ruger is said to have the best customer service in the business.
