Looks like Safarliand SLS 6004 to me.

Looks like a Safariland Level 2 retention holster. Based upon the safety strap.

It is one of those.

Safariland SLS 6004. They had the top leg strap removed. The retention strap across the top of the holster and the holes on the leg plate give it away as a Safariland.

See how its only one strap and the part against the thigh is recessed on the higher section?

I doubt it. The holster and the thigh rig are two separate pieces. You can mix and match the two.
