    My second gun, CZ PCR

Been researching my second handgun and heard great things about CZ guns. Not being able to test fire this gun either (did get a chance to hold a P-01), I took the plunge and got a CZ PCR. I picked it up last week and shot it this weekend.

This gun is amazingly nice! Shot 150 rounds of Walmart Federal ammo and it shot them all flawlessly. Everything about this gun is just so sweet and at such a good price. It is very accurate. At first, I thought I was a horrible shooter, but after shooting this gun, it told me different. I'm glad I took the risk and picked this over the G19 and 92FS. The grip felt very good. The 92FS felt on the big side for me, but the PCR grip fits my hand so well. And the G19...well everyone has one, I wanted something different. I'm really digging the alloy frame too. Metal frame feels so good. I Still love my USPc though.

Got a Kadet kit coming soon too so I can practice with dirt cheap ammo. And some wood grips.

Guns are too addicting! I already have several other guns lined up already, ack!

    Now for some gun porn!

And one with my first gun, USPc 40S&W LEM

PCR with wood grips is one of the most attractive modern guns IMO

but for carry I would look at aluminum:

Good for you, CZ takes a back seat to no service gun. SP-01 and P06 with CT grips.

Im a warmonger baby, I got blood in my eyes and I'm looking at you.

Why do you recommend aluminum? Thinner? Doesn't drag on clothes? I was going to get some half checkered, thumb rest, walnut, /w red finish wood grips from Marschal grips. They had a CZ 97 with that and it looks sweet.

How you like those CT grips?

They sure are! Lowest price I found online is from Angus shop at czcustom.com. He will swap out hi-cap for low-cap mags for us CA peeps. He can do a trigger job for you too and saves you extra shipping costs. And he has free shipping to boot! Kind of bummed out that I found it out half hour too late lol. Got mine for $591 instead of $570 from Angus (not including use tax...). But, the fact that i got a build date of 2010 (was suppose to get a 09), makes me feel better.

I only have one 9mm now and it's the P-01 with a Kadet kit and love this pistol. I've been thru a bunch of 9mm pistols and it's the best IMO. If I ever buy another 9mm, it's going to be the PCR.

Congrats on choosing a great gun!
