Glock 30 Conversion?

I saw on Lone Wolf that there is a Glock29->.40sw conversion barrel, is this possible to put into a Glock30, since they are basically identical guns? I've emailed Lone Wolf, just waiting for their reply and was wondering if anyone has already done this. http://www.lonewolfdist.com/Detail.a...D=1013&CAT=241 This is the barrel I'm talking about...I'm just curious why it wouldn't and why they don't make conversion barrels for the glock 30.

Also, if glock 29 mags will fit into the glock 30, what glock mags fit into the 29, for the conversion 40sw conversion?

As far as I can tell, the 29/30 are almost identical except for the caliber.

No.

There is a G30 to G29 conversion barrel, but AFAIK, no G30 to 40S&W barrel.

BTW - You would need G29 mags to use the 10mm round with the conversion barrel.

no, you will need a G29 upper with a conversion barrel. I believe the breech, extractor amongst other things are different on the 30 and 21 vs. 29 and 20.

You can however buy a conversion barrel to shoot 10mm (using a G29 or G20 mag).

I know it doesn't make sense because if they can do that, they should be able to also make a conversion barrel with a shorter chamber for the 30 to shoot 40sw. i guess the demand is not there so they don't make it.
