    Mag speed loaders...any feedback?

Looking at the mag speed loaders..are they really worth it?

    Anyone have experience with them?

I bought the Uplula one for my Sig 10 round mags. That last round can be annoying on certain new magazines.

I've used the HKS speedloaders and the UPLULA. Both worked as advertised, but I'd definitely recommend keeping the UPLULA in your range bag.

"...are they really worth it?" Dude, they are God-sent for the thumbs! UPLULA is the way to go, especially if you have multiple calibers.

Not sure which one my dad has but yes I think it's a god sent. I can't for the life of me load magazines past 5 on his beretta 92. The springs are so tight and the rounds are slippery. It's relatively new so that may be why. If you have a problem(or significant other) has a problem loading or you want to do it quickly, get one. If you don't mind the extra time or it isn't a hassle to, don't get one.

Plus whatever the count is for Uplula.

                  I think there's a trend here.

                  I've got 2 Uplulas now.

Uplulas for AR, M1 and pistol.

When you load dozens of mags at a time they come in pretty damn handy.

Uplula works great for my pistol mags, and the AR Stripula works
                        great for my AR15 mags.

I'ma have to give a +1 to the UPLula. (universal Pistol lula loader). It makes loading a mag incredibly easy. Easier on the thumbs, and no mag spring is too tight now. You'll pay for it (30+), but it'll last you damn near forever.

Yeah, I've got 2 older mags that came with my Beretta 96, and they have enough leeway that the UPlula has no problem, but when I purchased 3 new factory mags... DAMN that last round is a snug fit. I kinda wish they'd built the mags with a little more wiggle room. The original mags seem like they can hold 10 rounds and have about half a round's worth of wiggle.... the new ones are so tight that the beak on the uplula is almost too thick to use on the 10th.

They work for a lot of people as you can tell from the posts above. I tried it a few times, could never get the hang of it. I'm actually faster with my hands. Your thumb will toughen up over time. But if it works for you, go for it.
