    Family Shooting Fun

Just a day of fun and instruction at one of the local ranges, with shooters ranging in age from 9 to 75 years old. Teaching your children how to shoot, how to handle a firearm correctly (and with respect) is the best way to insure their safety with guns.

    Cool video! Good times!

Good illustration of "just enough" and "too much" kick. The little girl will likely want to come back for more since the recoil wasn't painful and she was a sharpshooter.

The lady on the other hand, who was shooting what looked like a kahr and then a snubby .38, had a good stance, a good hold, and certainly a good attitude, but was still showing some pretty clears signs of pain.

Both of those wouldn't be guns i'd think she'd be super excited to shoot again. Makes the case for smaller calibered guns or heavier normal caliber(cz sp-01, etc) being more suitable, simply because she'd have fun, want to train/practice and be a better shooter for it.

Just some ramblings, thanks again for sharing!

Good observational skills there. She was shooting my Ruger LCP and her own S&W 442. She actually loves both guns, but has a medical condition which makes just about anything painful to shoot. You are 100% about her attitude though ... undeterred and positive in the face of adversity. Maybe that's why I married her.

Your a lucky man. It's good to see families enjoying the day together at the range.
