I wish I could tell you, but whenever you settle on a price for that pocket automatic let me know. I might be interested in it if the price is right.
What do you mean my birth certificate expired?

There are some extremely knowledgable guys on the Colt Forum, you may want to drop by there. Nice folks too.

When I am trying to figure out gun values i use gunbroker , If you sign in and use the advance search and look at completed auctions you can see how much guns actually have sold for .
I love the looks of the old colts but doubt I will ever be able to buy one , I would research these carfully so that you can get what there worth . I look at the firearms for sale here on cal guns and it seems to me that high end single actions are slow to move , that and prices on all firearms have dropped pretty good recently. with these you may be better off with a larger audiance in a auction enviroment with a reserve.
          good luck

It would help if you were to tell us what we are looking at, as best you know and when you acquired them (new or used?). Partial serial numbers may clear up ambiguity between certain models or different "issues" of models -- e.g D230xxx

The Colt Automatic .25 Caliber pistol is probably worth $400-$450 if that's the original nickel finish.

The DA Colt with the gold plating looks like someone was fooling around with gold plating because they could (hence the partially "dipped" barrel and partial plating on the trigger). Any documentation on who owned this gun or why it was embellished? Otherwise collector value will be low.

On the Colt SA's, the barrel top markings will be as important as the serial numbers. Any other markings will be of interest too. One looks like someone slightly buggered a screw head too.

Thanks for all the info, I will do as you say and get the information together... I can tell you The DA Colt with the gold plating is factory I have seen it in a old Colt catalog.
                Thanks again,
