    Glock sights

looking to buy my first Glock probably the G20, is there any reason to go with adjustable sights? I assume the fixed sights are right on, and adjustable sights could be a potential weakness if the gun gets banged around a bit. Would be a pain in the *** to pick up your Glock when you really need to find out the rear sight moved enough to take you off target.

I have fixed sights on all my combat/carry pistols. Keeping it zeroed is paramount when it comes to sights.

I'm also curious.... Do people actually adjust their sights out of the box when they get adjustable hand guns? Doesn't the factory zero the guns at 25 yards?

        Thanks for any clarification.

I have a g20 with the factory adjustable sights and had to zero them in. They've worked well shooting all kinds of different loads from 135 to 200 grain bullets. I wanted the fixed sights, bit this was the only available SF they had at the store.

SHTF gun-- so I think I will go with fixed sights, just don't like the idea of having something go wrong when you really need it.
