    Taurus Polymer Revolvers

    While I'm sure these aren't PRK friendly yet, I was wondering if anyone has had the chance to shoot the Taurus polymer revolvers. Seems like the next logical step in the revolver world as most gun companies are trending toward plastics anyways, but it still seems a bit freakish to me. The lighter weight would be nice, but i wonder how much worse the recoil is with the polymer. I think it's about the same weight as titanium, but a lot cheaper. Anyone have first hand insight????

              I started a thread a while back on this gun. very nice but I dont think they are being sold yet! kinda sucks because I really want one. btw, the its being called the polymer protector by taurus. I wouldnt run +p rounds through it, the short barrel wouldnt allow the bullet to generate the extra velocity that you look for when you buy +p rounds. kinda pointless unless you like to be really loud!
