✟ In the beginning was the 1911, and the 1911 was THE pistol, and it was good. And behold the Lord said, "Thou shalt not muck with my disciple John's design for it is good and it workith. For John made the 1911, and lo all of his weapons, from the designs which I, the Lord, gave him upon the mountain."✟

    Dawson Light Mount Bracket

Contact Bobby at Freedom Gunworks for pricing on the part and if you want, install on a standard 1911 frame. Tell him I sent you.

I don't believe you can purchase new pistol frames in Kali because they cannot be subjected to drop-tests and therefore cannot be rostered. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

However, I do not know if that applies to pre-roster frames. Can someone disassemble a pistol and just PTP transfer just the frame?

You cannot get new frames into the state. You can however bring them in if you're moving here and then PPT them to anyone.

Too, if you had them before the list silliness, you can sell those as well.

At one time the full rail SA Mil Spec was on the approved list although you would have to special order it from Springfield. It may still be on the list.

ETA: Looks like its no longer on the list. But the part number is PB9105L

If you're lucky, maybe you have a LEO friend who'll buy one and decide he doesn't like it and PPT it to you.
