2nd gen glock?

Can I buy a 2nd gen glock from a retailer. Or does it have to be a ppt. The list just says g17 steel/ polymere, but I know you cannot buy gen 4's. So please help if you can.

they stop making 2nd gen long time ago..you probably have to look for used/ppt

I was able to buy a 1st generation glock 17 over the internet and it passed the transfer without a hitch, so yes, you could do a 2nd generation without any problems, i would think.

Thier are places on the internet you can get used 2nd gen glocks. That would not be a ppt because you are buying it from a retailer. I want to make sure before I order one. So I dont have a gun that I cannot dros, but I have paid for. I would also like to get a gen 1 someday, but that will have to wait.
