    LCP type pistols?

Ok so since the LCP is off list, and a .380, its not an option for pocket carry.
That being the case what are the equivalent pistols that are cal legal? Ive heard things about a Taurus in 9mm that is supposed to be the same type of micro pistol, but I dont know anything about it.
Is there anything out there that is in the same class as the LCP and legal here? If not, what is closest?

Bersa Thunder is probably the closest.

It's not illegal to tip for PPT!

The LCP is perfectly legal here as long as you do a PPT from somebody who is eligible to purchase handguns that aren't on the roster.

Keep your eye out in the Firearms For Sale forum; they pop up from time to time.

Why isn't a .380 an option for pocket carry?

Bigger is always better, but .380 is still lethal. I carry my LCP when the weather is very hot and I'm in light clothing. I can put it in the pocket of my athletic shorts and it doesn't make them sag.

Unfortunately, that pistol weighs more than twice what the LCP does.

Sig p238 and Walther PPK (Pre S&W) are good .380...

Or if a 9mm is your thing than +1 to Kahr PM9

Below is a thread showing a LCP for sale. Post 11 says he bought it, but the OP may have another for sale.

One version of the Kahr P380 is CA approved but not yet available; maybe around November.

                      Here's another LCP for sale.

$550. But, it comes with a Crimson Trace laser ($200-250), holster and ammo.
