    Glock 21 questions...

Anybody know when Glock first marketed their Model 21 in .45 Auto in the United States and more specifically California? Also, what capacity magazine was provided with Model 21's first sold in California.

I cannot answer the question on the date, but my colleague has a G21 from 1999 and the magazine capacity is 13 rounds.

Must have been in the mid 90's because I had been running 2 of them in IDPA. They came with 13 round sticks.

My receipt shows a DROS date of 2/8/92. 13 round mags were standard then. Hard to believe I've had it that long. It still goes bang every time too!

Late 91 - early 92 and they came with 13 rd mags.
The bullets with my name on it I'm not worried about, it's the "To whom it may concern" ones I'm worried about.

I'm pretty sure the G21 was offered in CA the same time it was offered for sale in general - right? There was no roster back then, so... all you had to do was find a store selling one, OR find an FFL willing to receive one for you, OR find an FFL willing to go get one for you.
