    H&K LEM Trigger

Wanted to get some feedback on this trigger system. Interested in a P2000sk and deciding between a LEM (V2) or a SA/DA (V3) system.

Was hoping to figure it out ASAP before the 5% increase in the next few days.

    Thanks.

Best thing to do is try it yourself. It's hit or miss on it. I hate it, my friends love it. Thus, I sold my v2's to my friends.

I have both, I like the LEM more.

Try them both before you buy...

I'm trying to find a place that rents them in the LA area. Anyone know of a place?

I called LAX and Firing line from Burbank. NO LEM triggers to try. Still waiting to hear from LA Gun Club. Any other places I should give a call?

Ok...called all 3 local LA ranges (LAX, Firing Line, and LA Gun Club). No one has a LEM trigger =(

Any other options??? Anyone want to let me try their LEM and maybe meet at LAX range?

Buy it, seriously. It's like butter. SO much better over the factory trigger.

I have it on my uspc and I really like it. Also that there is no safety to worry about.

I bought my P2000sk .40 with the LEM. Then I had HK convert my DA/SA USPf .45 to LEM (I chose to lose the safety lever), with the lighter 4.5# trigger springs. And HK sent me the two tiny springs so I could convert my P2000sk so the triggers matched. I'm a very happy camper!

Get the LEM, preferably with the 4.5# trigger. You will be very happy with it. BTW, if you get the P2000sk DA/SA, you cannot convert it to LEM. Only with the USP can you do that.

Looks like more people like the LEM trigger than dislike it. Should I just get the LEM? I have a USP 45 fullsize with SA/DA trigger....not bad but not the smoothest either. I do like the Glock trigger.

So maybe I'll like the LEM?!?!?

                  Thanks for the input guys.

I will have a USP in 9mm in my hands within the next 2 weeks. It is a V1, I like the idea of having the gun loaded and the safety lever. So are you saying if I decide to go with a LEM trigger that I have to lose the safety switch? Where can I get the LEM trigger online? Or should I just send it out?

I loved my two LEM H&K's. An HK45 LEM is on my short list of purchases.

I have the USP .40 in DA/SA and the 9mm p2000sk in LEM. I like the LEM better than the DA/SA. The trigger pull feels more consistent and smoother than the DA/SA. To me, the glock trigger feels really different than the LEM

You can install LEM and still keep the safety. P30LS V1 is setup with LEM and safety from factory.

Best to call H&K and get the Lem parts. www.hkparts.net also sells the LEM kits, but seems to be back ordered.

If I were to pick an SK again it would be LEM like I used to have. I was never fond of the DA/SA trigger transition on HKs.
