Went to the state fair today and the Liberty area had the Fat Boy for 1899. for the granite marble, is this a fair price, total price including shipping and install is around 2500. Anyone have one of these fat boy's and would recommend it?

They look like nice safes, but I would be concerned about a 1-hour fire rating. I always get the safes with 2-hour fire ratings.
