I believe CWS will be the middle man for your purchase for a small fee. Not sure how it works exactly.

At least they sent mags to you, I called them about some 10 round steyr mags and they refused to send them to me. I ordered a Steyr M9-A1 through them, via another dealer. They ship quick once they get your money, and I did not have any problems with the actual gun.

              Explain!?

I'm in Utah, but I've delt with CDNN and they're a very reputable company. I'm bummed I missed out on the $999 Springfield TRPs!

IIRC, You buy the firearm from CDNN and have them ship it to a dealer out of state, CWS (Cold War Shooters.) CWS will then ship the firearm to your chosen dealer in CA.

Sounds like one way to do it. Is the price still cheaper than not using a middle man. Seems like by the time you pay the extra "middle man" fee to CWS you wouldn't save anymore than just going through a dealer elsewhere. Just my opinion. Whatever it takes to save some $$, just seems like more work than it would be worth.

Let me know if you still save some $$ and i'll look into doing it myself.

You can use lanworld in Utah. I've heard good things abou chris.
Since they are in Utah, you don't have to pay TX sales tax. Some guns like the CZ-40B currently sold by CDNN are hard to find.
