    Accu-tek 380

Has any one owned a Accu-tek 380. Looked at one today for $279.00 not a bad price. Any good.

$279 might not be the best deal though. According to the intarnetz they can go for 199-250. Don't know if those are average California prices though. If there is such a thing.

I have owned this gun for some years. It has spent most of it's life in the safe.
In over 200 rounds I have only gotten 1 or 2 clips of ammo through it without a jam or catching the ejected jacket. I sent it back to Accu-tek and they said nothing is wrong with it. Get better ammo. I have used remington, hornidy and winchester to name a few. Today I gave it another chance. Still the same problem. Then when I went to clean it. Three big guys fought to get the slide off. Finally after an hour of the 3 of us trying and passing around trying it finally came apart. So I would not recommend this gun to anyone.
