            It's probably an automated process which creates that document, this time around there just wasn't any updates so it produced a blank sheet. I don't think it's anything worth being troubled over, but it is a bit humerous.

              With the requirement of a magazine disconnect, I don't see a whole lot of new handguns hitting the CA market.

                            I don't know why anybody would want to buy a gun with a mag disconect... unless they already knew of an easy way to bypass it, or if they got a smokin' deal on it. Preferably both.
