There are dimensional limits for the SA exemption, and I can guarantee that doesn't meet them

If an (approx) 9+" single shot barrel were affixed these derringers, they would be exempt single-shot pistols.
The exemption for single shot pistols is dependent on dimensions codified 12133PC - min. overall length of 10.5" and min barrel length of 6".
