I got myself a 40 to 9mm conversion barrel from cheaper than dirt, the only downside is the magazine sized ads you get in the mail for months after. Good price and fast shipping though

You may also want to try www.gunbroker.com. I've seen some listed for $90 or so but it's been awhile since I've looked.
