80% complete 1911 receiver

Hi all,
I want to start to build a 1911 from 80% finished frame, try to use search button but no answer. I have several 1911s including a SA GI which I want to use the frame to upgrade. Now I want to get more challenge and want to build from a frame. There is a functioning 1911 in the US museum which was built by VC guerillas during VN war from gasoline tank, that inspired me.
So where I could by a 80% frame? I can buy a Caspian frame from Midway via my local FFL but it is already finished, just assemble parts.

Thank you, interesting links and forums, I need to learn a lot before starting, but just buy the cast frame first.
