Last time I spoke to Beretta (before the 1st) they said it was submitted so it may show up on the list.

I have seen one for sale before in california. It was about 5 months ago. I also bought one in 9mm. Nice gun and a good purchase. Felt recoil is like 0.

I would have thought it would have shown up by now. If there have been any for sale then they were brought in by LEO or out of state person moving into Calif. They have not been on the list so they couldn't be sold any other way. I have been waiting to buy one since last year and Beretta keeps saying its coming. But I have pretty well given up on expecting it.

A shop by me had one for a while and they said it was legal but they're stupid. I'm not holding my breath but I'm hoping.

There was a shop in Sacto that had one in the back that they bought planning on selling it (probably to me) as soon as it was put on the list. It was never added to the roster and they finally sent it off to an out of state dealer after the first of the year. If you had a shop that had one for sale, it had to be a consignment/ppt gun...... Thank goodness for my other 5 Berettas. They help manage the disappointment.

Like I said earlier, the shop is generally inept and they probably confused it with standard 92FS. I may snatch up a 96G-SD while they're still available and on the list if the wait get's too long for the 90-two.
