Reset Problem Taurus 850 Revolver

I have a new Taurus 850 C.I.A. (Internal Hammer) revolver. In practice of rapid fire strings (double taps) it will bind due to lack of proper reset. When it binds the cylinder locks and resists the trigger pull.

Have others experienced this problem. Is there a known solution. Would like a referral to a good Taurus revolver gunsmith.
