I have a Glock 37. In the state of Kalifornia, is it legal to mount a telescoping stock or is this an "evil feature" prohibited by our wonderful AG? Someone told me that by mounting a stock on it, it would now considered a short-barreled rifle by the ATF.

Correct that is an illegal part to add to you glock here in California -

It's illegal to add while in the USA, unless you get approval from the BATFE for a SBR.
Possession a Glock and unattached shoulder stock for a Glock, is also illegal.sigpic
