Thanks guys! Everyone has their own story on how they got into shooting....mine starts with him!
I hope to go see him this summer! Show him how my shooting had improved, also show him how I'm taking after him....being as a .45 and me seem to get along with me the best....IDK, something about it....maybe its genetic?

I called grandpa today, (I had to tell him I was now a paramedic) anyways....I asked him...he said that target was at 10 yards, with his compact 380, which we already knew.
He also told me he was on the unofficial US customs team, he joined a group of guys who all had been in customs and were shooting. Apparently they went to the NRA south west regional championship in 1967 and won! So not just CA, but he said there was people there from AZ, NM and texas!Originally posted by Dirtbiker

LOL when my FB status went from "in a relationship" to "Single" my firearms status went from "free access" to "restricted"
-I have to ASK for permission to see them now.....and am forced to trust my stepdad who thinks cause he shot my moms 686 revolver 5-8 years ago with some buddies that he will "shoot any bad guys that come up the stairs"....so I "don't need a gun cause I (my stepdad) has one and I (he) will take care of it."
